Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy allows us to respect reserved appointment times, accommodate other clients, and maintain the highest level of service for everyone. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.
